CARBENCH MANTA is a structural repair solution. The MANTA is competitively priced and can be set up as a universal system with or without a scissor lift and adjustable fixtures.
 
The MANTA bench comes in two configurations: a mobile version on wheels, suitable for use with any two-post lift or a scissor lift (4.5 or 6.0 Tons). Both models can be equipped with different series of sill clamps and the specific MANTA pull post. The benches are designed to accommodate the Universal Jig system and the Electronic measuring the Contact Evolution on the crossbeams.
 
In the scissor lift configuration, the bench is mobile and inclinable on both ends. Its optimized dimensions allow for maximum accessibility inside and outside the frame during the repair process. The high tensile steel frame provides precise positioning of checking points and is powder painted. Approach ramps and side runners allow for loading vehicles without dismantling the basic equipment.
 
The scissor lift configuration is offered in a 5.15 Meter length and has a lifting capacity of 6 tons. The minimum off the floor lifting height is 320mm, while the maximum lifting height from the top of the bench surface is 1450mm.
